e-APDF (Active Portable Document
File)
Where
images / pictures and documents are required to be added
via typical content management system and then out put
as a Pdf file, it has been necessary in the past to save
each image and document as a Portable Document File (Pdf)
before loading to a web page or web site.
The
said.net approach using the e-ADFcompletely
dismisses this requirement with the introduction of
the e-APDF system. Configured for a client web
site the e-APDF system is simplicity itself.
Within
your tailored said.net back-office control screens,
which are all Word based with the added advantage of
HTML coding area if required, you select the page or
section you want to add to. The control screen offers
input fields such as "title" - "autodate"
- "description" or "general text"
and - "browse for image". The browse function
allows you to find and select the image you wish to
use, simply click and the e-APDF system converts
the image from the image file and loads it into the
back-office control ready for you to publish the full
content onto the web page. Click on "publish"
and all the detail, together with your fast down load
image is added to the appropriate web page. Simplicity
in itself, the said.net systems do all the work.
